As the weather turns cold, we turn to the most precious time of the year – the time to celebrate the birth of our Savior. This special holiday leads us forward toward Easter, and the grand promise of forgiveness and eternal life that is available to all of us through Jesus Christ, God’s Son. Hallelujah!!
I hope that you will choose to gather with other believers this Christmas season – and on through to Easter. It’s the perfect time to re-establish the wonderful habit of going to church. God loves it when we gather together.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another – and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” Hebrews 10::24-25 We look forward to the Day the Lord returns!
