The group of people who worship together at 1650 N. Western in Liberal, KS are appropriately named “Friends.” The small congregation of believers love each other, and the world around them. It’s evident from the moment you walk in the door. They love to study the Word of God together. It’s a pleasure to worship with them.
Presently, they are without a pastor. So, I have the privilege of teaching on Sunday, January 13, in their morning worship service at 10:45 a.m. We will be studying the story of David and Goliath. How did he have the courage and faith to fight against a giant with only a slingshot?
